I was in Cebu last week to file. No problem at all. Just have the form filled out. Leave no empty answers. Answer N/A on those you don't have info for. Have a 2x2 photo attached. Notarisation NO longer needed. Bring ACR-I card, passport, filled out form and 310p in cash. Took less than 10 min all in all. For those who has reported in Dumaguete previously, bring receipts for annual fee for past 5 years, or get a statement from BI Dumaguete that you paid, as they don't have records of it in Cebu and will ask for it.
Takes only 10 mins to do the report. Yeh not counting the 2 hour drive to Bacolod, 2 hour ferry to Iloilo, an Hours drive in to the city, then the 10mins for the report & of course then the journey in reverse .... & of course the P5000 expenses incurred { hotel , ferry, diesel etc } Strange how they omit this....
