Sorry, I haven't had much luck with finding skilled workers in the Philippines. Usually it's a brother of a relative or landlord that gets hired. I know of a business that just recently finished construction that had some carpenters working for them. I've sent a message to them to see if they have any recommendations. I'll let you know if they come back with anything.
