Health & Wellness Clean, Safe Pension House Near Chung Hua hospital in Cebu?

I have to go to Chung Hua Medical Arts Building in Cebu.
Can anyone please give me info on a Clean, Safe, Decent Pension House in that area - near Osmena Circle?

I know of: Dynasty Tourist Inn, Casa Rosario,and Verbena and Jasmine Pension Houses. Any first hand info on those 4, and any others, would be appreciated.

Dynasty Tourist Inn is very close to Chung Hua and is clean but very basic rooms. Rate below 1,000 pesos a night.
Nice rooms you can find at Diplomat hotel at 1,360 pesos and it is still within walking distance to Chung Hua.

Elegant Circle Inn

I have gone to Cebu for the last three weeks for various reasons. My landlord recommended the Elegant Circle Inn. I pay 1100 P for a clean room with a bathroom inside the room. It is a simple place but very clean. I was told it was recently renovated which maybe why it is nice. It is right on the circle. Last trip was to Doctor's hospital which turn out to be right around the corner, so I walked. I like the location, except for the street vendors, but then again all the food and pharmacy places are within a few meter and open 24 hours a day, and there is a Robinson Mall is across the street. If you decide to use it, ask from room 307, for some reason it is bigger than the others they have given me. Good Luck where every you stay.

 

For over 10 years, on my trips to Cebu I've been staying at Casa Rosario. Never had a problem, good speed internet clean rooms, secure and friendly.

 

Our favorite in that area is Fuente Pension. P1090 for nice room, with all amenities, nice rooftop resto, etc...

We stayed at Casa Rosario twice last year, it was fine. Also, there is a great little Thai restaurant in the strip mall next to it, assuming they are still in business.
