I have a Gaggia automatic coffee machine bought new about 18 months ago in Cebu. The grinder although working will not grind beans, just spins. Rather than lug it back to Cebu perhaps somebody knows of a reliable service shop in Dumaguete. Thanks in advance guys.
Thought to share this info as may help somebody. After an on line search a you tube video appeared with slow and precise directions of dismantling the machine and cleaning the grinder. Further stated 90% of grinder problems are related to damp beans. After carefully following instructions and changing beans the machine is good as new. Saves a trip to Cebu and perhaps this in info may help readers with similar problems.
