Well I guess the Facebook post was real after all. Dumaguete policemen are still establishing the motive for the killing of a German national inside his house in Purok Mapahiyumon, Barangay Cantil-e, Dumaguete City, on Feb. 14. Chief Insp. Josephine Llena of the PNP Scene of the Crime Operatives Unit said the body of Frank Bolkhard, 50, was brought to the Garden of Saints Funerals Homes in Brgy. Camanjac, Dumaguete, where an autopsy has been conducted. The victim was found by two house helpers bathed in blood and sprawled on the floor near the stairway. Initial police investigation showed that Bolkhard sustained a gaping neck wound, lacerated wound on his left wrist and multiple stab wounds on the chest and abdomen. Bolkhard’s cellphone and wallet were found missing. A kitchen knife was also found covered with a blue hand towel in the sink and is believed to have been used in killing the victim. The victim was married to Filipina Niezel Flores Bolkhard, who was in Germany when the incident occurred. "If this Guy is the one I think he was, then that was the strangest Guy I ever meet..." As I know now, I did not know him at all and all I heard (he was killed a 10 minutes walk from our place) is that he was not in the Philippines since 2011 and was actually not even 24 hours in Dumaguete, it looks like a paid murder, there was a faint rumor that his wife was arrested in Germany and somebody mentioned that he owned/operated a Gasolinestation in Germany...
Just come back from a visit to a friends place, she is a direct neighbour to the place of the Murder-victim, she was involved into the investigation and was questioned by the Authorities, it now looks like this. The Victim was married to a Filipina that was previously married to a Filipino (ex military?), she had a lot of debt here in the Philippines, she apparently had the murder ordered because she could not sell the properties they owned here to pay of the debt. As the body of the victim was investigated, there was a puncture mark at his back, and he was apparently given a drug to immobilize him, the neighbour heard some noise that night that first sounded like grunting and later like a wailing baby, she said that his dog/s (Rothweiler?) did not bark and that after that everything was quiet...
