    Does anyone know of any restaurants around town that have daily food specials or happy hours?
    I recently saw that Taco Surf near Hayahay has a 2 for 1 fish taco special on Wednesday nights, so I'm just curious if there are any other food or drink specials around.

    Most decent restaurants in Dumaguete have daily specials, usually written on a chalkboard near the entrance.
