As it seems the police dept has opened an investigation into the death of Roger Vineyard living in barangay Panubigan, Canlaon City. I am not sure if you handle these maters and if not can you put me in touch with that person. The Canlaon Police dept have asked for my help, I am a retired police officer living here in Canlaon City. This case seems to have a twist in which Roger Vineyard was hit in the head by a suspect and then fell striking his head on the concrete killing him, case under investigation at this time and no family members have been notified back in the states.
