decent place to rent house in Dumaguete

I kindly need some info about a good and decent neighborhood to rent a 2 bedroom house in Dumaguete. I mean a safe place also. how far is it from local shops or the Silliman? how much would such a house(preferably furnished)cost a month?who can i approach to find? the locals or is there a house agency or sth like that? thanks for your kind replies.
