    Jack, that is so old fashioned! I think the 5W (who, what, when, where, why) reporting went out of style in the 60's.

    I would have to agree unfortunately. As the article notes, "key messages" were covered in the seminar. I think by "key messages" they mean opinion, propaganda and editorializing under the banner of news.
