Since I live on Siquijor island, I am moving all of my medical services to Dumaguete due the the distance and trouble to get to Cebu. I need a doctor who has the authorization to prescribe Zolpidem, a sleep medication that is a controlled substance. I recommend Dr. Angelo Jesus Arias who is a pychaitrist and has an office on Rovira Rd in Bantayan, Dumaguete. Near the UUCP church. He only has office hours from 9-3 on Wednesdays and is fairly crowded. The first visit is 1,000 and then 500 for refils. Call for appt. 0975-018-0504 or you can show up Wed morning make an appt and come back.
