    I have gone brain dead (more or less). I have a permanent quota visa. Can someone please remind me what is the checklist for the annual reporting requirement? I only remember you have to bring the receipt from last year, your passport, and I think a couple of recent passport pictures. Thanks

    You will also need 10 photo copies of each requirement you mentioned......and don't forget to have everything notarized.

    Honestly, I don't know of anyone that has a quota visa aside from you. I tried once upon a time but they wanted 200k, told them to p*ss off.

    Jack. I may be wrong but I believe the 4 page form is for the new Alien Registration Program, which I am exempt from. Ithought all foreigners living in Dumaguete must check into Dumaguete BI every January or February regardless of the type of visa you have.

    Pat, you may be right but I will double check On Wednesday OK? But yes every one with an ACI card has to report.

    Remember last year pat, the new 4 page form we all had to fill in with fingerprints and pics! Most of us had to go to Cebu due to a certain person not registering all our papers and p310 for God knows how many years.
    Hope they have sorted out that disaster this year!

    Thanks guys. You are right, I was actually brain dead last year and my wife had to go to Cebu and process it for me.
    Has anyone tried to register at Dumaguete BI this year?
