    Why is this notice not posted here in this Noreco Announcement section?
    Second question: How many &*(*&@% times are they going to have these all day 12Hr "service" interruptions??

    I put "service" in quotes because there is obviously nobody at Noreco who has any concept of the meaning of the word.

    This is a NGCP outage, not Noreco. But you're not wrong about Noreco's view of 'service'.
