....I noted the recent splurge of interest in Real Estate in Dumaguete, and thought that I would add my 3 pennyworth [cents to you Yanks...]

I too, once got caught up with Islands Properties, but for all their failings, they do possess a half-decent web site.Pity they do NOT always respond to both phone calls and E-Mails.....almost as somnabulant as The Negros Chronicle...

The Negros Chronicle just click on to 'real estate' or 'Flea Market'

Here are a few of the websites I have encountered in my occasional searches for 'My Dream House'....

Philippine Properties TV Channel this one has both videos of its properties AND a TV channel.

Cebu Real Estate Properties - Cebu House and Lot For Sale or Rent, Cebu Farm Land, Cebu Agricultural Land, Cebu Beach Land, Cebu Beach Resort for sale or rent, Cebu warehouse for sale or rent, Cebu hotel and pension house for sale or rent, Cebu apart

    Homes Classifieds @ Adpost.com Classifieds > Homes > Homes Classifieds,free,Philippines

    BG Real Estate

I hope these might help someone ?

    Bye

Same experience with island properties,it doesn't answer emails and calls.
what's all in the doing business if it keeps its doors shut from possible clients.
Perhaps checking emails once in a blue moon.
BTW their prices are inflated, perhaps most property postings were from middlemen trying to make a living.d*mn their property listings are piling up but also have properties I've seen 4 years ago and still there .Those ones should come by now as like reduce price or like in buy one take one bases:wink: lol, instead they're going up in price. If they aren't sold in 4 yrs running, who will be enthusiastic enough to take them with prices climbing up.Sell them cheaper at its worth and they will go.The problem is as I do agree with others it takes long to sell properties in the Philippines, unless one intends to live permanently in the PI,its probably not worth as investment,it will take hard enduring patience to sell out a property .
