    can i get an exit clearance instantly at the airport or do i need to go to the manila or cebu office?

    Manila or Cebu. Used to be able to get here in Duma but stopped it a year or so ago!

    I had to get an exit clearance in Cebu about a year ago and it was done in a little over two hours. Not bad for BI office. You can check on line to see what you need to take with you so you are ready. They can make the copies etc outside the offices there including some attorney signatures. Be sure to bring all you previous BI receipts as sometime the information you paid does not get into the computer system in a timely manner.

    As usual Horizon Your mileage will vary from Office to office, answer to Answer. Have a look at this link and see if it helps any. The thing that seems to be questionable is this 72 hour thing. To Answer your original Question. No you can't get it at the Airport. it has to be from a BOI Office. anyway check out the link.

    I have not seen any update on this I will presume it is the one still in Force.
