We were scheduled to return on 5/24-6/18 to experience the fiesta in Sibulan, but the unfortunate passing of my father-in-law changed our schedule...From what I can remember from last year is that its way hotter now and also theres an annoying construction on national rd which is not too car friendly....other than that, I left it just the way it is...
