Does anyone know where I can purchase some flour Tortilla's...I tryed some frozen ones that tasted like cardboard i found in Davao..I also tryed making them which turned into a messy operation...I will not do again..haha
Not so hard to make but need to maybe watch a video. Can't go sharing my recipe that I use for the business or the lady will beat me up again but its dirt simple. Not going to find any decent ones otherwise probably. I have in the distant past however bought a dozen from Marlow at Taco Tayo or Tommy at Paco's Taco's but I don't think neither make a regular business of it. I will say this though, a LOT of the flour you get here is crap. Get the stuff in Yan-Yan in the red bag, much better then the crap you buy in LP, Robinsons, or Hypermart.
Yes, like I said I have tryed the homemade routine..to time consuming for me...I will try approaching the 2 taco places you mentioned..I will gladly pay the price or make it attractive to make it worthwhile for them...Thanks for the tip on Taco tayo and Paco Taco's.....
Not sure about now..... but Lisa at the Finish Line Cafe located in the airport used to sell them by the kilo. Homemade and very good. Try there if all else fails.
I gave the Finish Line the place in Manila to purchase flour tortillas. That was quite a few years ago. I have 10 flour in stock as Mexican food is a big part of my business. I sell a dozen for my local customers when they need them. 0928 455 1766.
