Just thought I'd share some stats with you. Yesterday set another record for posts in a day (as well as post ratings...glad you guys are using those!) since we have moved over to the knew forum software. Had a little dip there after Christmas but I kinda expected that to happen (I always spend a few days going on a bender with my new toys....or recovering from excess alcohol use ). We have had more new members signing up and existing members logging in the past week as well. Those weren't plotted on the chart, it was impossible to read with all those lines plotted. I am going to start working on bridging the WordPress side of the site and the forum side together in the next couple days. Meaning that when someone signs up for an account on the WP page they will automatically get an account here and the accounts here will get one over there as well. Hope that this will bridge the gap and bring some of the people posting comments/questions over there (that only I am answering at the moment) to the forum. Hope to see this upward trend continue and I appreciate those of you that keep coming back to share your experiences with Dumaguete and the Philippines.
I hope so as well. Yesterday had one post more than the previous record so it's staying up there. I will be relying more on people to push that report button if we continue to have large amounts of posts per day. It will start to get difficult keeping up with the forum and everything else on the site that I need to do plus my regular job. Still though, happy to see the forum more active.
Very Encouraging, Dustin it must make you think it was all worthwhile ? What can I say but onward and Upwards JP

I notice that although you mention that there was one post more than the previous record... the the line for January has gone downward. Is that because the entire month of January has not been completed and the posts are a running number for the month? It is a little confusing.
