Where do you get the meat from for the burgers Rico?

 

Where does the meat come from?

After not being to find a eatable Burger in Dumaguete, I talked to a few foriegners who where butchers. Experimented for 7 months before we found the correct combination of spices and meat.

The basic meat comes from the market, I have a friend there who gets me choice sirloin. 1/2 is ground once, 1/2 is ground twice, pork fat is added and a binder. Spices and flavoring added. It's an expensive way to make a burger, but the results are a great tasting burger. We use Ricky's sesime buns, which seem to be the best we could find.

We let the customer complete his burger, cheese, onion, tomatoe, celery salt, pepper, hot sauce, pickles, mayonaise, ketchup, mustard, cucumber, are the condoments offered.

Toasted bun or not. It's your call. Ok, now you made me hungry, I am off to GiGie's to get one hehehehehe.

What is the location to get these "delicious" burgers? Eating meat from the local market worries me.

 

That was a good answer logicwings, the bad answer would have been if he bought it pre-ground.

The only way to know what your getting is to buy it whole and grind it oneself.

Now I'm gittin hungry.

 

I have not eaten too many burgers here, but when I get a craving hypermart will grind the round steak into hamburger for you. The variables are what they have at the time, and it's quality. Plan ahead buy bulk make patties and freeze em.

If you need to bind it, I have my own secret, which does not involve adding fat.

I used to own a company in USA that sold millions of Non-meat Vegi-Burgers in the Midwest.......I tell you this so you know First, I know how to make a burger, and #2 I left to eat hamburgers.heheheheh

Head south on the National Highway. at Robinson's you are about 1.3 kilometers from us. At the Shell gas station on your right, you are .5 kilometers from us.

Hard to find, but worth the effort.

Logicwings, I have sold 100's of burgers and no one has gotten sick...... I don't but alot of meat and store it. I buy often, grind it, and cook it. I understand your caution, but no sickness yet.

Archon, Gigie's prices are p100, add p10 for cheese.

That includes the pickeled onions and the Country fries.
