Gas station on Locsin always out of gas?

    It's west of ACSAT and there are always cars parked there blocking access the pumps. Seems to be the only station having trouble getting gas for some reason..

    You talking about the one next door to Foundation Univ? It's been shut down for about 3 months now........

    Not sure, but at first we thought they were just out of gas, but the days turned into weeks and no attendants were there anymore, so we finally concluded it shut down, for what reason I don't know.

    No, this is NOT the one. However, with the astounding number of new gas stations under construction, one best expect quite a few of them to go belly up in the next 2 years or so!

    Dumaguete...with its size versus the number of gas stations, this could be the GAS station capital of the Philippines.
