my honda EU 1000 was taken off my flight from manila to USA for smelling like gas so im just glad i was not arrested for terrorism. Not coming back to philippines so i gave it to my young sweet girl there and she has no use for it...Its 110 volt USA standard and was totally rebuilt by USA specialist and is great condition except for one gasket between carburater and engine was not the specification one so now it leaks fuel and lets air in throwing off the carburater fuel air mix so unsteady running for some time and then it stablelizes with occasional blurps..works great but needs new gasket..Sam duek honda motors dumaguete sells and services these,so call my girl there in manila and she soon to be back home in tanjay near dumaguete with it ,and make her an offer..I want no money for it and she has no use for it so i bought it 17,000.oo used and fully rebuilt 1.5 years ago..they are 30,000.oo new and maybe she will take 10,000.oo for it. 09262984018 or 09265602782 i will try to get her E-mail on this bulletin...make her an offer...It is wisper quiet type and very compact and portable and lite weight..it has eco throttle which auto adjust gas consumption to whatever load you use down to 250 watt minmum=1/4 load watts or 1/2 load watts or full load 1000watts or 950watts more like it....6 gallon fuel tank can go 8 hours with fixed gasket at 250 watt load or 4 hours at full load...i can sleep with this thing running 1/2 load to 1/4 load 7 meters away and people can talk casualy right next to it,not loud at all...it can run fan and tv and lights at same time,not good for AC but it did run 85 watt refridgerator once using full throttle....Gaskets are cheap and so is labour and well worth the cost
it works well with voltage converter to make 220 volt but amperage conversion was not so clear to me..85 watt fridge at 220 volt ran the generator like it was pulling 1000 watts of 110volt to the voltage converter..the generator has 8 amp limit so maybe amp conversion i confused...the circuit breaker on the generator is forgiving and Sam duek honda motors in dumaguete can order parts and service it....oil is 30 wieght and hard to find in bacolod but i did find it,,spark plugs were hard to find but i did find them in dumaguete....the gas tank is not 6 gallons,, it is .6 gallons as in 2.2 litres of gas per tank...half gallon tank of gas is full tank..
