    I thought that maybe it was because a payment I made the other day didn't go through but after calling their helpline I now know, from an automated message, it's just their shitty internet going out. Appears I'm not the only one with a problem as they said it's a regional thing happening around Cebu.

    It's more fun in the Philippines.

    It's been crap for a couple of weeks now! Can't even get on some sites,jist their sh*t service as usual!

    Still down. Went through the nonsense on their helpline that didn't resolve the problem. They want to come out and change the modem from the WIMAX to an LTE one. I told them I'm pretty sure that they don't have LTE coverage in Valencia though. They said they will come out tomorrow to test the coverage and swap out the modem if possible. I don't have high hopes on this being resolved tomorrow.

    Apparently there was a mix up between my landlords two internet accounts. The account in the other apartment was supposed to have an upgrade but they slotted mine for that instead. (So currently neither of us have internet at the moment.) So they turned off my wimax modem on accident. Now the idiots refuse to reactivate my internet until I also upgrade my modem. They might be able to install the new 4g modem tomorrow. Idiotic.

    Have to admit that the last time internet was causing a lot of problem already a year or so ago. But what is working today can be totally down by tomorrow coz the fun factor is unpredictable.

    Fun factor indeed... I was actually impressed with internet until THEY switched it off and forced me to upgrade and wait for the new modem/antenna to be installed. Now the sh*t bird install team is nowhere to be found. I'm quite patient but 5 days without internet... I'm about ready to blow my top. If they think I'm paying full price this month they have another thing coming. Come to Robinsons at the end of the month to watch the fireworks show.

    Couple things here,they will give you discount if you ask for it and they know you have had problems,we had down time a lot until I pissed them off so much they moved us to a nearer box only 300m away. It will be credited to next months bill.
    Also make sure you keep the old contract if you had unlimited internet as now all new contracts are limited!
    We subscribe to the 5 meg adsl service with a 15 gig download every 24 hrs,but so I'm told all unlimited contracts are finished now. New contracts are 20 gig a month.

    These guys are complete f'n idiots. The first repair guy told me that an install team was supposed to come out but they never did. I call Globe today and they say install team said they completed the install already and the retard wants to do the scripted troubleshooting guide on the 4G Modem that they haven't f'n installed yet. If the sh*t is not on their script they don't know wtf to say. Now the idiots are sending out the same repair technician again to fix my nonexistent 4G modem. I asked for a manager on the phone but they would not put one on the line.

    Question: If I go to Globe in Robinsons here in Dumaguete am I going to be met by the same retarded script readers who don't have a clue on what they are doing? I'm afraid if I stand in that long line and I'm met by the same idiots I'm going to blow up and get myself kicked out of the mall or arrested.

    This is the reason I don't deal with the robinsons crew! Total retards who no nowt about anything.
    The installers place is in junob,but even if you went there they cannot do without a job order.
