I would suggest that building a small chicken coop doesn't really require accomplished carpentry skills.
Just select a plan from for instance this website, get the wood and hardware and find someone willing and able to hold a hammer and a saw for a couple days, maybe look on facebook, or just ask around in your direct surroundings.

    I don't know.
Whilst our Dutchie is not wrong in what he says, there could be a far different approach to this, having a fair bit of experience breeding and Racing Pigeons plus having Exhibition Rabbits here is what I would do, this idea is not all that dissimilar to my approach when building a Domestic House there.

If I was looking to house 6 Chickens I would be looking to build an area for them to live with the dimensions of 4ft square per bird=6x4ft shed but only provided they have access to a run, if not I would double that size.

First I would lay down a concrete slab of the same dimensions as the Coup, there would be a slope to the floor towards the door for a run off to enable this to be hosed down, with this in mind I would have a small upstand/wall of around 8inch all around excluding a gap for the door, on top of the dwarf wall I would then build stud walls using light gauge GI steel C channel, to then clad this outside with uPVC corrugated plastic roofing sheets, this can be done both sides if desired to give a clean finish inside, the roofing sheets would also be in this same material, so there you would have a fine small structure termite free and in no need of painting, Feather Lice can be a problem with birds and mites of other descriptions, they like to hide in the crevice's of wood but plastic and metal have no appeal to them, twice a year and this applies to UK, the Birds should be dipped in a solution of Malathion (in may be more in warmer climates) available in the animal feed stores there in PH for less than P40 per bottle.

If I were to free range them I would plonk the shed in the centre of the area to then divide in into 4 so the birds can pick an area clean and then move on to the next one, maybe having three to four days in each area to give that first area time for the grasses and weeds to recover Chickens love the tips of new grass, between that and other things they pick up they soon develop a good flavour to their flesh. this run can be done very cheaply and all that is required for this is simple plastic netting placed between bamboo posts or even light rebar, some of the small hardware stores there have this in very robust grades more of a fishing net standard.

I can see this idea could be further developed and used to build small, cheap, affordable housing for Filipino people, by using heavier gauge GI steel, uPVC outside and Hardieflex inside, there you would have alternative more affordable method than CHB and much less of a death trap during Quakes, added to that this will not become a thermal heat trap unlike CHB abodes with their Hot Tin Roofs.
