Ignorance from every direction here. The idiot shooting fireworks and the father for having his one year old son on the back of a motorcycle (my guess is without a helmet as well......not that they make helmets for a 1 year old child.....because 1 year old children shouldn't be on a motorcycle anyways). Not only are you taking your child on a motorcycle but you are putting him on a motorcycle new years eve, when every idiot in town is getting drunk and driving/shooting fireworks....brilliant parenting. Even a tiny bit of common sense from any party involved would have prevented that child from dying.
