    Interesting no. 15 is a 5000P fine and DWI is only 3000P. In America you will lose a lot more than $60.00 for drunk driving. That is a great reason for alcoholics to move here lol.

    Fake Plate = 1000 php but No Plate = 5000 php ???? Phil's logic?
    When you plate falls off, got stolen or covered in mud thats is more expensive then to intentionally defraud and put on fake plates???

    No Sign Board = 1000 php ??? I dont believe a have a sign board on my bike, should i make one? A sign: "This is a sign board" will do?

    2,000 penalty for drunk and reckless driving that could potentially end lives vs. 5,000 for busted or no signal lights.


    Life is cheap in the Philippines.
