    Is there any place one can buy a belt here in Dumaquete... for around the waist to help a Hernia???

    Probably the most likely place to get one is in any store that sells sports kit and weights.

    Remember that a belt will only help to partially hold the hernia in. As much as the human body can repair itself, it cannot do it with hernias, and the only way to have them corrected is surgery.

    They sell abdominal binders at Mercury Drug. Perhaps some of the other pharmacies carry them, also.
