Hiring a Cooking Instructor

Neither my gf or I really know how to cook, and was looking for ideas on how to find someone to teach her how to cook.

I know that there is a culinary school here, but we are looking for something more basic and for just two people.

If anyone has any ideas or knows someone who would be interested, please let me know.

Where are you located and what do you want to learn how to cook??

 

We live up near the airport and would like for her to learn some basic cooking. Since I am from Texas, it would be nice if she could learn to cook some American type food, but right now, any cooking would be good.

We eat out almost every meal, and besides being more expensive, it isn't usually as good as that cooked at home.
