I have a property right off the sea in a "native" style house, if a major typhoon comes through or any storm for that matter its totally going to wipe out any and all development i've done.. is there any type of insurance i can get for the property?
Try Standard Life - 1st Floor (if I remember correctly) in the large building on the corner next to Silliman Uni. They do house insurance that covers against typhoons, but not earthquakes. Whether they would cover a native style house I don't know.
