I have seen news reports don't look good for Duma, in Bacolod at 12;49 I was in the bath it was like there were 3 or 4 strong people shaking my bath tub, it appeared to be moving sideways aprox 3 inches, the near bye school was in panic all I could hear was kids screaming, my swimming pool had 2 inches splashed out of it, the grass either side was separated about 1 inch, I thought oh my god this house is almost sold and I have no insurance, it was amazing it appears not to have suffered any structural damage, I have been in probably 3 or 4 earthquakes in Australia but none like this, I was ready to bolt outside clothed or not, not a good thought.

Ya like KTM, still here, my daughter's school was the same and my and neighbor's pool's lost around 6 inches. Amazing how the waves can build up in a pool.

frayed nerves is the only damage in my neighborhood (Bagacay in southern Dumaguete).

Has anyone heard reports about the epicenter up north -- Tayasan (a low-population area)?
Any devastation? Maybe if it's all wooden / bamboo buildings there, it's not so bad...

Why did you destroy them? You've "gone Viking" at last...?

Might be a carryover from halloween. My wife thought I was crazy wearing my viking hat riding the motorcycle all around Valencia.

bronze/leather Viking hats (with horns) ought to qualify as legal helmets...

But the Viking helmets are only legal if sporting locally-harvested Carabao horns...
