I thought about putting this in Where is the humour but it is too, tragic. in October 2013 I paid and had receipted, an Application for a replacement ACI card. as you all know, we have to pay 1000 php, in fast lane Fees. Now having lived, in a similar Manana, country for many years, Tomorrow is a way of life but 3/ 4 months for this Replacement is taking the P....s, 1 hour ago, I was told, Not ready yet, Come back in 3 weeks. O-| What chance do you think, for a refund on the fast Lane payment? Of course. we are not given the choice, for the Slow Lane I wonder how long it would take, to obtain the Card, if we were given the choice??? JP
It is called "express fee" ... express is a synonym for "squeeze out" I know, most foreigners think the "express" stands for "fast".... one never stops learning, diba?

LTO failed to deliver my 2013 sticker for my bike, now the bike is due for renewal for 2014. Do you think I can waive the sticker fee for 2014 as I paid for 2013 and never received it? :D
