When you read a post, most of you should have the option to not only "like" a post, but on the bottom left of the window you can add or subtract from a members reputation, next to the "report post" button. "The "Add to this members reputation" button gives points, while the "Add an infraction" (boo) button taketh away Those three funny dots under my name I got by people adding to my reputation. Larry
