Looking for a Gym in Dumaguete

I love that San Mig and the spicy squid but I have a bad habbit of gaining 5 or more pounds every time I visit Dumaguete. Now that I am visiting 2 times a year it is an issue! It is too hot for my baboy American @ss to run or bike outside. Is there a gym anywhere in the area I might be able to get a legitimate workout in? I need to counter my evil ways, because I am not going to slow down on the good food and beer.
