I'm in the market for an apartment preferably not more then a few minutes from downtown. Something good for 1-2 people (just me though). Furnished, preferably water, electric, and such included. Looking around 10-12k a month or there abouts with utilities included. Ohh and must have aircon hehe. I tend to like around NORSU and Silliman beach.
