    I know that Engineer Je Te (aka Jet Engineering) has a shop near a block west of the Public Market, near Rejoice, that sells pool supplies but everyone I know that has done business there is unhappy with the price gouging, especially for consultations.

    Does anyone know of any other place in Dumaguete for pool supplies and expertise?

    Pool supplies (materials !) you can buy at Jay Marketing (also at the oposite side of the road near Rejoice).
    They are reasonably priced imho.
    For consultancy ? Yes, that is another topic.
    I know JT as a good constructor. If he fails in advising. I don't know.
    Contact the owner of Jay Marketing for a good advisor.

    In the new Matiaobuilding at the back of the hardwarestore (Perdicesstreet) there is a buildingconsultant including swimmingpool.
    Just around the corner from there computerstore.
