Macias sworn in as governor but degamo won't step down

    Gov,Roel degamo remains adamant and refused to leave the Capitol last night even as Vice Governor Edward Mark Macias already took his oath as governor past 5 p.m. yesterday, before Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Gerardo Paguio Jr.

    This after the Department of Interior and Local Government Negros Island Region OIC director, Margie Biligan, served the dismissal order of the Office of the Ombudsman to Degamo at past 4 p.m.

    Degamo refused to receive the order since he said he has not received a copy of the Ombudsman decision dismissing him from office. He said the DILG's implementation of the Ombudsman's order was illegal and highly irregular, since he as respondent has not received a copy of such order, that he said is so unfair.     I remember that happening one time in my first day a kindergarten. After everyone was passed out cookies, one student said it was unfair distribution of treats, and stomped his feet on the ground. Did Degamao stamp his feet on the ground too?

    I remember gwen Garcia the governor of cebu doing the same thing a few years back when she got caught out. Locked herself into her office and she was there for quite some time :smile:

    It is irregular to leave office after another candidate has won an election?
    Could a person possibly sound any more childish? Had my *ss beat at a very young age by my dad and my mom backed it up after i went whining to her and gave me the "life isn't fair, get over it" speech after I made a scene about an outcome I thought was "not fair". Guess he didn't get a similar lecture and *ss whipping from his parents.

    Simple fix, send in the police guns drawn to remove a trespasser by force. Make sure to pepper spray him in the eyes as well first. It would be funny headlines seeing him carried out kicking and screaming like a toddler. I'd probably photoshop a pacifier into his mouth for kicks.
