My wife and I will be visiting the Dumaguete area in mid February and we would like to rent a small motorcycle / scooter (i.e Honda Dream style) for about three weeks, as we have done on several previous visits to Dumaguete. Could someone please recommend a rental agency location(s) that has motorcycles in good working condition and with the required safety equipment (i.e. mirrors, for example). What is the current cost to rent a motorcycle for one day? (My wife and I will negotiate a weekly rate with the renter). What is the current status of....(dare I say it?).....the ongoing saga of the helmet law? FYI, our travels will include visits to the Zamboanguita-Dumaguete-AmLan area.
