    I'm an expat and I need a large, round Vietnamese-style farmers hat to wear while farming on our land in Bacong. Anybody know where I can buy one in Dumaguete? Thanks

    that'd be building 3, the northern most building at the market. and the hats, baskets and that sort of thing are mostly inside the north end of building 3.
