Don't the hospital have blood. You have to ask, as they will usually ask you to find donors, before informing you that you have to pay for their supply.
Apparently O- is a rare group to find here and it seems mainly Westerners have it. There has been a couple of Request in various forums etc of late
Silliman has a list of O- donors if they would allow such list to be looked at even. There are a few over time that have tried to donate to stock but O- is refused as its rare and they would rather stock the more common types.
