does anybody know if optimum is still open? I was there today at 9:30 and they were closed with the metal doors down. Also the guard told me at robinsons downtown that the money exchange there is closed until all the craziness is over. I finally gave up and changed money with the guy that sits out in front of the bank which is also is closed until further notice as well. thats the BPI across from the park. so goes my trip to town today.
Banks are closed?? I guess they aren't under the same laws as the US. I work at a bank in the US and we must stay open, by law, people have to have access to the their money. It means job security for me, I guess.
