I wonder if there might have been wind shear?

My flight from Paris to Manchester was interesting. There was a strong cross wind and the final approach, pilot had to abort just when he thought it was okay.

The young lady next to me grabbed my hand, thought she was going to sxxx herself. Got my moneys worth on that flight.:wideyed:

This is not the best one I've been shown. I've seen a couple that have flight paths that look like a pre-school kid's "art" drawing. Pretty scary who they let fly these things....and quite amazing there haven't been more accidents.

Coming back from Manila yesterday it looked like we were going to land from the ocean but then off we go over toward Cebu and came in over the houses.
That runway needs some serious hole filling,I'm surprised there have not been any serious issues.
