    Hello from Seoul!

    My husband and I live and work in Seoul, Korea and we have been to Dumaguete and Dauin a couple of times. We are planning to buy /build a second home in Dauin. Any advice, suggestions, precautions will be much appreciated.

    Don't take your husband to look at any properties would be my first bit of advice.

    Check out Bacong too. Closer to Dumaguete and some nice homes for sale on the beach, if that is your plan.

    Because price will double in price the second a long nose shows his face.

    Why is that? Is it assumed that we are "white" people? or husband is white? Just curious. I guess we have a lot to learn!

    That counts only for white long nose.
    A korean looks more like asian. How will that influence the prices?
