There is not a single reference in the article posted in the OP (and that newspaper needs to fire their copy editor). Looks like wild internet claims to me. Impossible to tell what is really going on when the Philippine media is writing about it. They prefer the appeal to emotion style of journalism. They better back off "or else" (gee, I wonder what he has planned for them...my guess is it doesn't involve a fair trial). But honestly, look at this crap: Who would ever confuse that with rice? ABS-CBN tv interviewed some people during the Cebu news who had cooked it and they told of how it became obvious something was wrong as they cooked it and examined it. So just keep your eyes open
