Every 3 months I have been providing progress reports to help others if they have a stroke or more importantly as a reminder for others to stay healthy so they don't get zapped. Unfortunately, after making significant gains, I haven't made much progress the last three months. I was hoping to take the next step up where my balance would be better and my right side paralysis would greatly approve, but I guess my expectations were not realistic. At my neurologist visit two weeks ago, she told me I will probably only get back to 70% of my former self. I am not there so will continue walking and working out to go for that target and try and exceed it. Besides eating fish and chicken 90% of the time, I have been taking virgin coconut oil, psyllium, and Biospray all with positive results. And of course blood thinners and cholesterol meds, and 2 glasses of red wine. Suggestion to others is to get a blood test annually and closely monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol level.

+1 Pat even though you say, "Im not there so I will continue..." it sounds that you are doing quite well. Difficult challenge too. Keep up the good work.
