I've spent several hours trying to e-register for this year's Annual Report. All is well until I reach the password boxes. When I select "Can't remember" they want an email address, where I get a number of error messages, like "Email address is already exists (sic)" and sometimes "Success! Reset password has been sent to our email address", which offers either a link button or a cut and paste in browser option. Neither work. Also, their 035-225-4401 Dumaguette BI office number is not operational, either by cell or landline. Before I schlep off to their Dumaguette office, perhaps one of you has a suggestion> Thanks, billm
