In the Philippines Libel may be committed by writing, printing, engraving, lithography, radio, photograph, painting, theatrical exhibition, cinematographic exhibition or any similar means.
Again it all boils down to they just can't handle loss of face,Filipino pride thing! Reckon a few of them need to man up a bit.
Be careful, someone might take offense and lose some sleep and have you locked up for it. (Note: this is a genuine comment meant educate the public about Filipino libel laws and should in no way be considered sarcasm or to have been said with malice, which I understand could cause additional sleepless nights for anyone who might have taken offense to the comment I was replying to and could land me a couple years in prison myself.....)
Yes!!!! Rex was the prick that gave the bad words about foreigners a few years ago and cheered local kids when they strung ropes across the street when foreigners passed by on their bikes. Karma is a b*tch. Maybe we should send him a x mas greeting card. May his time be long and painful and never set his foot in a studio again.
