I know right of way when driving around town does not work like in western countries, we have joked about it on here before but the intersection where the diversion road crosses Jose Romero road beside Junob school is beyond a joke, there are no signs to designate which road has right of way but i would say it must be Jose Romero. In all the times i have driven from Valencia to Dumaguete i have only once seen a traffic enforcer directing the traffic flow, the rest of the time they are at the roadside under the shade of a tree. The last time i drove that way to Dumaguete i stopped as a big truck was crossing then there was an endless stream of motorbikes and other vehicles, i edged my way forward and they started diving around the front of my car blowing their horns and looking at me like i should just wait all day. What's the opinion of the forum who has right of way at that intersection ?
Well, unless the authorities put stop signs and white lines across the road, we are stuck with 'First come first served, and size does matter'.
