sala set for sale

Living room furniture by Mandaue Foam: Tommy model sofa and two arm chairs. Very comfortable "overstuffed". Lightly used for two years.

This message is one that is especially difficult for me to deal with. Please know that I mean to be pleasantly communicative; so if what I have written seems offensive in some way, I have failed to communicate.

I know many friendly people who live in Dumaguete. But only in Dumaguete have I not frequently had guests in my house. I could probably match each guest fanny/day which has used this set with my fingers and toes and have unmatched digits. This set *is* *lightly* used.

It may be that your tennants want brand new stuff, if so know that I expect that they can get this same set brand new for P19.000 to P20.000.

Considering the use this set has had, I am not sure that I would give serious consideration to an offer to buy one chair with cash in hand deposit while I think about the offer. But I might; considering what a good set this is would you like to deposit the P5000?

Sorry but I don't really understand your reply. I don't know what fingers, toes and friendly people in Dumaguete have to do with sala sets. I don't want to buy one chair, I just wanted to know if you would take 5000 pesos for the set? My tennants are not looking for a brand new sala set, and without any pictures with your add it is hard to tell what kind of set you are offering. That is why the offer is 5000 pesos.

 

Is it so hard to contact the OP and ask the questions ?
