Friday is ok, but try and get there as early as possible in the morning. If you hit it right, you can be in and out in an hour. The later you leave it in the day, the longer it will take. Also try and get as much done before you go there, like photo copies of any relevant documents, and a reasonable supply of 2 x 2 black and white passport photos.

 

Thats great info, moved the day to Thursday, as was thinking the return trip on Friday would be hectic.

Why you need to go to Cebu BOI. ECC maybe? if so, can you keep us updated. I will need to go myself in March and your information will be a great advantage. If I encroach on a personal thing, then I am truly sorry:(
