    Do you have to have a lawyer draw up a bill of sale when selling a car or can you just write one yourself?

    I would recommend rilt dorado on the boulevard for vehicle transactions,he is straight and a good guy, he charges p1000 for all transactions like this.

    you can copy one off of the internet and have it notarized at Dumaguete City Hall Legal Office or ask them to do one for you. A lower cost alternative.
