As you get older dont worry, you can still do two things at the same time!
Flatulence for example plays a major part.
When you sometimes Cough can be quite embarrassing, Sneezing or blowing your nose to hard can make it happen, Laughing is another, just Tying your Shoe Laces, for those who can still bend down, is yet another example.
Embrace it, things could be worse, especially if you had a weak bladder.
    Another thought for the day.

Memory loss is another sign of ageing ( like dropping the "e" )
How many times have you climbed to the top of the stairs and forgotten what you went up there for?
Dont worry there are ways and means of helping you remember things.
For example, Tie a piece of string round your finger, important dates like birthdays, appointments, peoples names, write them down in a notebook.
Or ask Alexa to remind you when to wake up or go to sleep, always call your wife Darling or Sweetheart or Princess, that way she will never know you have forgotten her name!
You maybe good at recognising faces but not names, describe them in your notebook, but most importantly try to remember where you keep the notebook.
    Just another thought today.

As long as my brain is sending me a signal to go to the bathroom, I'm not yet worried.

First notable sign of aging is usually that you start to make onomatopoeic sounds everytime you are getting up from a sitting position! Hmmmmmmpphhhhhh....

Deafness or should I say hearing loss, can come with old age.
Anyone being born Deaf learns to cope from the start and are accepted for their inability to hear.
However when hearing loss becomes a problem in later life, people don't have the same patience with you, fact.
The joke about the old lady in church passing wind, says to her husband, I've just done a silent F*rt, to which he replied, you need to change your hearing aid batteries.
But sometimes being able to switch off your hearing aids can be a blessing so don't despair.
    Yet another thought for today.

Wish I could turn off my hearing for this weekend, St Juan festival this weekend already started two Saturday nights with their giant speakers until 2 am. :banghead:

Eye deterioration yet another sign of ageing
A colleague many years ago, having returned work after a long illness said to me "Whatever you do, don't get old "
Of course we can't stop ageing, slow it down a bit maybe.
Eye deterioration is no doubt, in my opinion the worse case scenario to deal with.
That's why it's so important to look after them, protect them from harm , wear safety glasses for even the smallest job.
Avoid strong sunlight by wearing the correct type of sunglasses and dont touch or rub your eyes even with clean hands.
So four things to remember as you get older, avoid passing wind in public, forget about memory loss, make sure you change your hearing aids batteries regularly
and don't turn a blind eye to eye protection, How can I say these things, because its already happened to me!!!!!
"Laugh and the world laughs with you"...JB
