    Many banks, including Union Bank, have a "transfer money" or "pay bills" module on their websites which allows you to pay noreco online and email the confirmation to a noreco email address, sending you an email receipt. You don't have to go into the bank to finalize it, and sometimes no fee. There were a few noreco postings within the last few months. I think BPI has it on their mobile app, but not on the website (dumb) ...
    I would be hesitant to use ANY 3rd party app like Lazada, although I did use "dragonpay" once several years ago to pay some gummint org, i forget which one....

    I am informed that it is possible to pay using Gcash (which I don't use so know only a little about it) if not wishing to use a DD/CD online (or using only for select sites).

    Lazada accepts US credit cards. It's a huge perk to be able to use the discount on life that a good credit scores provides.
